I hope you are as excited as I am about our new Star Wellness initiative. Below are links to a few resources you may find interesting. Just this week an encouraging study was published showing that obesity rates in children in the U.S. have leveled off after many years of having risen annually. But our current levels are substantially higher than they were 30 years ago and are cause for great concern. What can we do to turn the tide and influence cultural norms so that our children develop habits that promote long-term health?
